New opportunity for an experienced Junior Bookkeeper to join a leading international hospitality group with a fast-paced, high-volume environment based in Johannesburg North.

Responsible for the full accounts payable process from invoice verification to approval & to perform accurate account reconciliations & submit proposals for payment.

The role includes a shared responsibility for bookkeeping up to trial balance. Responsible for all related reporting, maintenance & deadlines for the scope outlined above.

Responsibilities :

Support creditor Masterfile maintenance.
Invoice processing & allocation.
Perform & maintain creditor reconciliations & accrual accounts
Responsible for support in general ledger processing, maintenance, reporting and reconciliations.

Requirements :

SA national, or valid work permit

Finance related qualification

At least two years’ experience in a similar role

Exposure to an accounting ERP

Expert on Microsoft office packages
