Duties :
- Structure finance deals to suit customer and dealership requirements
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements (NCA, FAIS, FICA, CPA, POPIA, etc.)
- Present finance and insurance products clearly and effectively to customers
- Secure finance approvals and negotiate terms with banks and other financial institutions
- Maximise F&I income opportunities through the sale of value-added products (warranties, insurance, maintenance / service plans, etc.)
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely submission of contracts and applications
- Build strong relationships with banks, insurance companies, and service providers
- Deliver professional, customer-centric service to all clients
- Compile and submit accurate monthly F&I performance reports to management
- Stay up to date with industry changes, compliance updates, and product knowledge
Requirements / Qualifications :
Fully qualified with 35 years experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager in the motor industryRE5 qualification (Regulatory Exam for Representatives)FAIS compliant with an active FSP registrationNCA accreditation (National Credit Act)Matric / Grade 12 essential (a relevant tertiary qualification will be advantageous)Valid drivers licenceProven track record of consistently achieving F&I targets and maintaining excellent compliance scoresStrong sales ability with excellent bank negotiation skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approachExcellent administrative and reporting skills with strong attention to detailSelf-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive under pressurePlease note only candidates with the required experience will be contacted and considered.
