The Role: Senior Call Centre Sales Agent
This is an in-office telesales position focused on closing business-to-consumer deals. You'll manage qualified leads, engage prospects with professionalism, and help drive company growth through consistent conversion and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers.

• Communicate persuasively and professionally with potential clients.

• Manage objections effectively and close sales confidently.

• Maintain call accuracy, pacing, and compliance standards.

• Consistently meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.

• Provide excellent customer experience in every interaction.

About You

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a senior telesales or call centre role.

• Matric certificate or higher qualification.

• Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Confident, energetic, and self-motivated.

• Professional typing speed and attention to detail.

• Zero excuses mindset, reliable, driven, and adaptable.

• Willing to work alternate weekends and rotating shifts (08:00am to 17:00pm / 10:00am to 19:00pm).
