Reconciliation Analyst

A leading finance company is looking for a Reconciliation Analyst to join their finance team. This role is centralto ensuring the accuracy of our transactional data through daily and monthly work with high volumes of financial data identify discrepancies and maintainaccurate records all while collaborating with a team committed to financial role has strong career progression potential including pathways toward becoming aFinancial Analyst.

Requirements

• A Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance or a related field
• 13 years experience in a financial operations or reconciliation environment (preferred)
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables lookups etc.)
• Proficiency in basic accounting systems (e.g. Sage Xero SAP or similar)
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and numeracy skills
• Strong attention to detail accountability and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
• Own reliable transport and a valid South African drivers license
