About Us

The ZamSafari Dome, Indoor Waterparks & Tale Green City Holdings Company Ltd is spearheading a landmark -acre mega-development in Chisamba, Zambia.

The project combines Africa's largest indoor amusement and waterpark dome (with multiple Guinness World Record claimables), luxury hotels, international retail, and a futuristic smart residential city.

Our vision is to set a new benchmark for tourism and urban living in Southern Africa.

The Role

We are seeking a dynamic President / Group Managing Director to lead this multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

The successful candidate will be based in Zambia, with a hybrid operational model that involves global engagements across Africa, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership and corporate governance for ZamSafari Dome, Indoor Waterparks & Tale Green City Holdings Company Ltd.
  • Drive investor relations, fundraising, and joint-venture partnerships across international markets.

Oversee large-scale real estate, tourism, and infrastructure developments from planning to execution.

  • Build and manage high-performing executive teams across multiple business units.
  • Represent the company with governments, global investors, and international partners.

    • Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 10+ years in senior executive (C-suite / board level) roles in real estate, tourism, hospitality, or large-scale infrastructure.
  • Proven track record in raising capital and structuring joint ventures.
  • Strong global investor and stakeholder networks (especially Africa, Asia, Europe, Middle East).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with resilience to drive success in emerging markets.
