Sales Manager / Team Leader (Western Cape)
Purpose of Position
Managing a team of financial advisors to generate and close sales in Government / Stop Order (Persal) or Private markets.
Responsibilities
- Managing and building a team of financial advisors
- Recruiting team members
- Selling long‑term insurance policies
- Conducting financial needs analyses to understand customer requirements
- Meeting set KPI’s
- Going the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and to obtain referral sales

Remuneration
This is a 100% commission position. You will earn commissions on your team’s performance, with an overrider of up to 15%.
