The AI Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets using a combination of traditional design tools and AI-powered platforms. This role blends creative design skills with the technical know-how to generate, edit, and refine graphics using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, DALL

  • E, Canva AI, and others. The ideal candidate is both visually creative and technologically curious, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and enhance design output across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital and print assets including social media graphics, web banners, presentations, brochures, and advertisements.
  • Generate and refine AI-created images and illustrations to match brand identity and project goals.
  • Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL
  • E, Adobe Firefly, Canva Magic Studio) to ideate and produce initial concepts, then fine-tune for final use.
  • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines while exploring innovative design approaches.
  • Optimize visual assets for different platforms and formats (e.g., web, mobile, email, print).
  • Stay up to date with the latest AI design tools, technologies, and trends to continuously improve processes and output.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
  • Provide input and creative direction for branding, campaigns, and visual storytelling.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating creativity and range.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience working with AI-powered design platforms (e.g., Midjourney, DALL
  • E, Canva AI, Runway, Adobe Firefly).
  • Strong understanding of design principles including color theory, typography, layout, and branding.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.

    • Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of UI / UX design and tools like Figma or Sketch.
  • Experience creating animated or video content using tools like After Effects or Runway AI.
  • Familiarity with web design, HTML / CSS, or low-code / no-code platforms.
  • Comfort with prompt engineering and crafting effective AI prompts for image generation.
