About The Job

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Quality Controller to join our team and ensure the delivery of top-quality talent to our clients. The ideal candidate will take ownership of evaluating candidate profiles and application videos, assessing English proficiency, communication skills, and overall presentation. You will be responsible for reviewing and rating profiles, removing those that do not meet our standards, and promoting exceptional candidates. This role requires adaptability, innovation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Video Assessment :

  • Review candidate introduction videos for visual and audio quality.
  • Evaluate English proficiency focusing on clarity, articulation, and fluency.
  • Assess candidates’ communication and presentation skills.

Profile Evaluation :

  • Ensure candidate profiles are complete, accurate, and client-ready.
  • Verify profiles meet company standards for professionalism and clarity.
  • Check written content for grammatical accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance :

  • Use a rating scale to categorize and flag profiles.
  • Remove profiles not meeting quality standards.
  • Promote exceptional candidates to the recruitment team.
  • Innovation & Process Improvement :

  • Improve evaluation criteria and screening processes.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance talent quality.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement best practices.
  • Adaptability & Time Management :

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Manage multiple evaluations without compromising quality.
  • Adjust quickly to changing priorities and client needs.
  • Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or quality assurance.
  • Exceptional English proficiency, spoken and written.
  • Strong ability to assess communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ATS and video review tools.
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
  • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, English, or a related field preferred.
  • Compensation

    Monthly salary ranging from $1,200 to $1,700 (USD) depending on experience.
