Overview
Job Title : Marketing Operations Manager (TOD) (Remote SA) -
Time Zone : Eastern Time
Start Date : As soon as possible (ideally within three weeks)
Employment Model : Talent on Demand (preferred, due to support needs)
Hours : Full-time (40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the marketing calendar across various projects.
- Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from start to finish, liaising with vendors and ensuring deliverables are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
- Conduct research and provide insights to enhance the consumer experience and improve marketing materials.
Hard Skills Required
Proven experience in marketing operations, preferably with high-growth DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) brands.Strong understanding of project management and vendor coordination.Ability to manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.Soft Skills Required
Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external vendors.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced startup environment.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Seniority level
