SUMMARY : Sales Executive

POSITION INFO :

A world leader in manufacturing is hiring a Sales Executive in Alberton with a negotiable salary. If you have a Matric certificate and at least 3 years of experience in the Mining Sector, this could be the opportunity for you!

As a Sales Executive, you''ll be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers, analysing customer needs, and developing strategic marketing plans to address them. You''ll also be in charge of prioritizing marketing to gain new customers and providing constant feedback to management.

Main job function

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain healthy relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Maintain knowledge of the generator sector and new developments
  • Analise customer needs and develop strategic marketing plan to address the needs.
  • Prioritize marketing to gain new customers and ensure that a customer database is kept up to date.
  • Identify sales and marketing obstacles and develop strategies to overcome these obstacles.
  • Provide constant feedback to management regarding sales progress.
  • Provide constant feedback to customers regarding orders.
  • Generate and send quotations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in marketing will be advantageous.
  • Matric
  • Knowledge of generators and related parts
  • Previous mining sector experience highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with clients and suppliers in sales executive position.
  • Valid driver''s license
  • Fully bilingual
