About The Role
The People Specialist Lead will provide proactive and reactive professional advice and deliver high‑quality People Service across all areas : Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, People Development, Equality, Remuneration, Workforce Planning, and Governance. The role works in partnership with other People Professionals to ensure efficient service delivery.

Welsh Language Skills
