Role Description

The Cloud Developer - Azure will design, develop, and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to build scalable, secure, and efficient applications, leveraging Azure's capabilities to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate is proficient in cloud architecture, DevOps practices, and modern programming languages, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and Development : Architect, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and services using Azure platforms, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) : Implement and manage infrastructure using tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, Terraform, or Bicep to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments.
• Integration and Automation : Build and maintain CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions to automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
• Security and Compliance : Ensure solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements, leveraging Azure Security Center, Azure Key Vault, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
• Data Management : Work with Azure data services such as Azure SQL Database, Cosmos DB, or Azure Data Lake to manage and process data efficiently.
• Monitoring and Optimization : Utilize Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics to monitor application performance and optimize resource usage.
• Collaboration : Partner with software developers, architects, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, applications, and integrations in a timely manner.
• Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for cloud architecture, processes, and configurations.

Required Qualifications

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
