Quality Manager - Kempton Park

About the Role :

As our Quality Manager, you’ll play a critical role in upholding and advancing our ISO 9001 : 2015-aligned quality systems. You'll lead a dynamic team, ensure client satisfaction, support project execution, and contribute to continuous improvement across operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the implementation and maintenance of HSQ systems in line with ISO standards.

Oversee audits, inspections, welding quality, and subcontractor performance.

Develop project-specific quality plans and ensure timely documentation and compliance.

Drive continuous improvement, STRUMIS implementation, and client feedback initiatives.

Coach and support the quality team with clear KPIs, training, and accountability.

What We’re Looking For :

10+ years in quality management, with strong production and fabrication background.

Trade-tested Boilermaker with advanced welding inspection certifications (SAIW, NACE, etc.).

Expert in ISO 9001 : 2015, AWS D1.1, ASME, and other quality codes.

Proven leadership in people development, auditing, and operational excellence.

Strong communicator with hands-on technical knowledge and computer literacy (Excel, STRUMIS, etc.).
