Role Overview
As Sales Manager , you’ll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives and play an active role in driving pipeline, closing strategic deals, and shaping our revenue strategy. Reporting to the Head of Revenue, you’ll help build a scalable, metrics-driven sales engine that thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-carrying AEsGenerate outbound pipeline and support full-funnel enterprise salesAnalyze call and deal performance using Gong.io to improve outcomesCollaborate with Marketing and Product to fine-tune messaging and GTM strategiesTrack sales activity and forecast performance in Salesforce and HubSpotOwn and close strategic enterprise dealsContribute to hiring, onboarding, and scaling a world-class sales teamWhat We’re Looking For
6+ years in enterprise SaaS sales, with 2+ years in a sales leadership roleProven success coaching teams to exceed quota in high-growth settingsExperience managing complex deals with multiple stakeholders and $100K+ ARRProficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong.io, and modern sales techBackground in ad tech, marketing analytics, or data platform salesExcellent communication skills and business acumenAbility to work Eastern Time Zone hoursBonus Points
