We’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner who will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for our Technology and Engineering functions. This is not a transactional role — it’s a chance to play a key part in shaping the future of our tech capability, partnering closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and candidates to attract world-class talent.

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Partner with senior stakeholders across engineering, data, and product teams to understand their hiring needs and strategic priorities.
• Lead the full recruitment lifecycle — from briefing to offer — ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent across Cape Town and global tech hubs.
• Use market intelligence, data insights, and recruitment analytics to influence hiring decisions and workforce planning.
• Champion our employer brand through creative talent engagement, events, and digital storytelling.
• Collaborate with HR and business leadership on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to drive balanced and future-ready teams.
