Role Description

We’re looking for an A-Player Account Executive / Closer to join our fast‑moving, fully remote team.

Your single mission : bring in new business and collect new cash.

This is a 100% commission role with uncapped earning potential. You’ll be responsible for running discovery and closing conversations with insurance firms, presenting our pilot lead‑gen offers, and securing fast, upfront payments. You’ll work with warm and cold leads, follow proven scripts and closing frameworks, and be incentivized weekly based on cash collected.

Responsibilites

• Proactively prospect, qualify, and close new insurance clients.
• Present low‑friction pilot lead packages and handle objections with confidence.
• Own the entire sales process from first touch to cash collected.
• Hit and exceed weekly cash targets (your primary KPI).
• Maintain clean and organized pipeline tracking through CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding after the close.
• Continuously refine scripts and closing techniques to increase close rates.
