As Installation Manager for the Western Cape, you’ll be a cornerstone of this ambition—driving operational excellence across new installations and modernizations while hitting every strategic target for safety, quality, profitability, and customer loyalty.

Reporting to the Delivery & Operations Manager, you’ll lead a team of Installation Supervisors from our Cape Town office , owning the full project lifecycle for every project in the Cape Region.

Project Delivery & Installation

• Own scope, schedule, budget, and contractual compliance for every project—new builds to full modernizations.
• Master resource optimization : people, tools, cranes, subcontractors—zero waste, maximum ROI.
• Run full-chain monitoring : daily dashboards, deviation alerts, corrective actions.
• Champion safety, quality, productivity : zero incidents, 100% method‑statement adherence, continuous improvement.
• Be the customer’s trusted partner : proactive updates, dispute resolution, and escalations owned.
• Integrate planning with sales, maintenance, and customer teams for seamless handovers.
