We have an incredible opportunity to join our global, technology-driven client in Port Elizabeth. We are looking for an Application Support Analyst who will be providing application support across various platforms, tools and systems. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

• Providing Application and System support.
• Performing User and Course Management across various platforms, systems and tools.
• Generating reports and analytics to identify areas for automation and improvement.
• Identifying processes and systems to be improved.

Bachelors Degree in HR, Education, Business Administration, Computer Science or related. 3+ years experience in Learning and Development (Preferred experience with Docebo LMS Platform). Proficient in HTML, CSS, scripting and debugging code. Familiar with ITIL practices and the Full Software Development Life Cycle. Troubleshooting ability. Experience with Office 365, Workday, HRIS, CRM Systems and Helpdesk ticketing application. Familiar with reading and debugging code. Experience writing up documentation.
