They combine deep industry knowledge with hands-on accounting expertise to deliver tailored solutions across portfolio management, tax strategy, and growth planning.

Duties :

Financial Management & Reporting :

Maintain accurate financial records for multiple property portfolios, including income, expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts for landlords, investors, and property owners.

Produce detailed financial reports and performance summaries to support strategic decision-making.

Reconcile rent rolls, bank statements, service charge accounts, and client funds in line with regulatory requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting :

Develop and monitor property budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.

Identify variances, trends, and opportunities to improve portfolio profitability.

Support senior management and clients with financial planning and investment analysis

Job Experience and Skills Required :

BCom in Accounting

CIMA in progress

7 years relevant Property experience
