- and forms part of the Lindt & Sprüngli group of companies.
With more than employees, Lindt SA is based in Cape Town with strong regional presence in Johannesburg, Durban and Port Elizabeth and a network of 16 Lindt retail stores. As global leader in the premium chocolate sector, Lindt & Sprüngli looks back on a long-standing tradition of almost years which takes its origins in Zurich, Switzerland.

Position Purpose
To uphold the integrity and promote the image of Lindt by managing day-to-day operations of the Lindt Retail Boutique. To work closely with the staff members, Store Manager, personnel and appropriate corporate contacts resulting in the aggressive growth and development of the Lindt Brand.
Store Operations
Assist with the daily operations of Lindt retail BoutiqueUphold the values of exemplary customer service through modeling of behavior and establishing appropriate guidelinesMonitor sales on a daily basis with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer serviceTimely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss preventionDaily reconciling of cash with sales receipts, daily paperwork and accounting, and other store administrationDevelop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategyDevelop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expensesMaintain high standards for cleanliness and food / product safetyOpen and close the Boutique according to shift planConduct monthly reports as required by Head OfficeMarketing
