Nurse Educator

Patient Support Nurse Navigator Location : Gauteng Employment Type : Contract Start Date : ASAP We are seeking a dedicated and self‑motivated Registered Nurse to join a specialized PSP for an autoimmune disease.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard patients referred by healthcare providers into the support program
• First Dose Observation : Participate in face‑to‑face observation of the patient's first dose and conduct follow‑up calls to monitor progress
• Support patients and HCPs with medical aid / funder coordination
• Arrange logistics for hospital admissions and first‑dose observations
• Educate patients and HCPs on the program and nurse's role
• Conduct follow‑ups and monthly check‑ins
• Report adverse events via the designated channel
