We are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our team at Rola Ford Caledon. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of our busy workshop. Furthermore you will be responsible for ensuring that the workshop is operating efficiently and effectively, and that our customers receive the highest level of service.Minimum Requirements
At least 3 years experience in a similar role within the automotive industry (Ford brand advantageous)Strong leadership and people management skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsGood organisational and time management skillsKnowledge of health and safety regulationsKnowledge of automotive systems and technologyA commitment to delivering excellent customer serviceAbility to work well under pressureValid drivers lisenceClear criminal recordDuties and Responsibilities
Managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the workshopLeading and managing a team of technicians and mechanicsEnsuring the quality of work produced in the workshop meets the company's standardsEnsuring that all work carried out in the workshop is done safely and in accordance with health and safety regulationsManaging and controlling workshop costs to ensure profitabilityLiaising with the parts department to ensure timely delivery of partsMaintaining accurate records of work carried out in the workshopEnsuring that customer satisfaction is maintained at all timesManaging customer complaints and resolving issues to the customer's satisfactionConducting regular team meetings to review performance and implement improvementsIdentifying training needs and providing training to team members as requiredDeadline : 13th September,2025
