Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a UI / UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role in a digital or tech-driven environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design, with examples of UI / UX work across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design tools.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices.
- Experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing.
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS or frontend collaboration is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain design decisions clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for consistency and polish.

Responsibilities
Product & Interface Design
Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and developers to define and implement innovative design solutions for new features and existing products.Execute all stages of visual design, from concept sketches to final handoff to engineering.Create wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas clearly.Conduct user research and translate insights into impactful design decisions.Regularly test and iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability metrics, and team input.Design Systems & Standards
Develop and maintain design systems, UI kits, and asset libraries to ensure visual consistency across platforms.Establish and promote design guidelines, standards, and best practices across teams.Help evolve and maintain a cohesive brand identity, ensuring all design work aligns with our brand guidelines.Marketing & Cross-Functional Support
Work with the marketing team to create compelling visuals for campaigns, landing pages, social media, and performance ads.Design presentations, pitch decks, and business documents to support various teams, includingSales, Partnerships, and Product
Ensure all internal and external-facing design materials reflect a unified visual voice.
