Centre Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage budgets, forecasts, and monthly financial reporting.
• Oversee tenant billing, recoveries, and municipal accounts.
• Control accounts payable / receivable and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow, variances, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, audits, and policies.
• Collaborate with property & operations teams to optimise performance.
Requirements :
• BCom.
• 35 years experience in property finance or centre management.
• Knowledge of lease agreements & municipal billing.
• Proficient in MDA / MRI / SAP.
• Detail-focused, analytical, and deadline-driven.
