DRILL & BLAST MANAGER – RUSTENBURG 🚀

Location : Rustenburg

Salary : R80,000 – R85,000 per month

Are you an experienced Drill & Blast Manager with a strong background in open-pit mining ? We have an exciting opportunity for you to lead drilling and blasting operations in a dynamic mining environment!

Minimum Requirements :

Grade 12

Competency A Certificate (Required)

Surface Blasting Ticket (Opencast Mining – Advantageous)

8+ years of Open-Pit Mining experience

5+ years of Drill & Blast experience

Proficiency with DTH, Ranger & Panthera Drill Rigs

Proven experience in a supervisory role

Valid Driver’s License

Must pass a medical assessment

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee drilling productivity and optimize blasting operations

Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety Regulations

Maintain compliance with all company procedures
