Regional Manager (Franchising)

A giant within the retail industry is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Regional Manager who will manage all area managers and 35-60 stores. The Regional Manager will act as a franchise representative. You will be responsible for quality implementation, strategic growth implementation strategies, project management, and internal system implementation. You will act as a business support function to all the franchise owners and offer financial management support and business support.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• B Com Degree
• 3-4 years of management experience
• 6-8 years of experience dealing with franchises

Package & Remuneration

R600,000 - R720,000 depending on experience.
