Key Objectives

Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality while adhering to company policies.

Support various departments by providing timely and precise data entry services.

Assist in identifying and correcting data discrepancies to ensure accuracy.

Responsibilities

Enter data from various source documents into the computer system with speed and accuracy.

Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any errors.

Maintain and update electronic and paper records as required.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure data consistency.

Perform routine backups to secure data and prevent loss.

Assist in generating reports and summaries as needed.

Follow data integrity and security protocols at all times.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in data management is a plus.

Proven experience in data entry or a related role.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with database software.

Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
