Senior Automation Tester

Overview

iqx the Technology Division of iqbusiness is looking for a skilled Senior Automation Tester for one of our clients in Johannesburg. We are looking for a skilled and motivated Automation Tester with strong experience with test automation and continuous integration / delivery tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress and others.

Experience, Skill And Capability

• Degree or diploma including 4+ years working years’ experience in the testing competency (Automated and Manual).
• Proficiency with version control systems like Gitlab.
• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the CI / CD pipeline.
• Strong technical knowledge and an ability to train development teams in the usage of test frameworks and infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate SQL or run work queries to set up test data & validate technical aspects of initiatives.
• Knowledge with REST API and WEB GUI testing as well as experience writing automated API tests.
