JUNIOR TECHNICAL SALES

Junior Technical Salesperson who is self-motivated, honest and trustworthy.

We require the skills of a sales engineer based in Johannesburg who will be (initially) responsible for the sales of sawing equipment and associated consumables offered. This sales person will become a specialist in his field and will build relationships & trust with customers in order to sell & support customers fully.

This person will (ultimately) learn & have knowledge of the full range of equipment and will be responsible for finding new business growing the customer base, as well as servicing existing clients on a continual basis.

The basic requirement we have is as follows :

• Sales experience (in a technical environment)
• Valid drivers licence
• Sober habits / good health / good time keeping
• Technical qualification (trade test) will be advantageous (Not a deal breaker)
• Must be technically capable / enthusiastic / self motivated
• Team player
• Willing to learn and embrace technology in the machine tool industry.
• Good communication skills on all levels.
• Computer literate (Windows & Excel)
• Own vehicle to and from work (Poole car used for business)
• Willing / able to travel locally.
• Target Driven
• 4 month probation period.
