Project Planner

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the Project Planner will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling project schedules to ensure successful project delivery.

They will work closely with the internal and client's project team members to provide insights on project progress, risks, and necessary adjustments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Coordinate planning efforts across multiple disciplines and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Facilitate the integration of schedule activities with project scope, costs, and resources.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis and develop contingency plans.
• Prepare and present progress reports, schedule updates, and forecasts to stakeholders and management.
• Liaise with project teams to gather progress data and ensure timely updates.
• Support project teams in schedule compression and recovery strategies.
• Ensure compliance with project and company standards, policies, and procedures.
• Mentor junior planning staff and contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes.
