Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should be able to fulfill and perform the following key responsibilities :
Administer and maintain the QMS and other integrated systems ensuring adherence to standardsMaintain digital internal quality registers to ensure up-to-date and accurate quality registerAdminister and disseminate quality related matters / queries across the organisation to ensure all departments and employees are informedAction internal and external non-conformances registers, monitor corrective actions and mitigating actions and initiatives are implementedImprove, and maintain ISO 9001 : 2015 certificationCoordinate, organise and administer QMS activities, including meetings, minutes, and attendance registersSchedule QMS awareness sessions and ensure attendance registers are maintainedProvide support for the implementation of systems, processes, policies, and procedures to achieve key merSETA strategic goalsSupport the development and administration of stakeholder corrective and preventative action (CAPA) and internal non-conformanceQualifications & Experience
3-year Diploma or equivalent NQF level 6 qualification in Quality Management / Engineering / Business Management / Risk Management / Project Management or related field1 year experience in Quality Management Systems within the public sectorAdvantageous
Degree or equivalent NQF level 7 qualification in Quality Management or related fieldMore than 1 year experience in Quality Management Systems within the public sectorAdministrative / Management jobs
