Your Role and Responsibilities
As an SDR in Digital Sales, you'll be IBM's first‑line contact for client sales activity. Your primary goal is to execute outbound and inbound campaigns, identify leads, and convert them into new business opportunities. You will leverage consultative selling to accept incoming leads, connect client needs with IBM solutions, and collaborate with the sales team to support early‑stage engagements.
- Continuous Learning : Stay updated and continually improve your expertise to become a trusted expert for clients.
- Outbound Demand Generation : Generate demand for IBM Webmethods Hybrid Integration platform through outbound campaigns aimed at existing IBM clients and new prospects.
- Lead Management : Review MQLs and convert them into SQLs.
- Support Deal Closure : Pass validated SQLs to IBM sellers and partners to assist in closing deals.
- Social Selling : Engage in social selling activities to build thought leadership and influence potential clients.
Qualifications
