Key accountabilities
1. Dealer Profitability
Management
- Analyze dealership financial statements to assess
profitability and recommend improvement plans.
Track and report key dealer KPIs (e.g., gross margin,working capital, ROI).
Develop dashboards and MIS reports for dealer healthmonitoring.
Provide support and guidance to underperforming dealers.2. Dealer Incentive
Schemes
Design and implement incentive programs aligned withcompany sales and service objectives.
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and IT teams to ensureseamless incentive disbursement.
Track dealer performance against incentive metrics andshare regular updates with stakeholders.
Audit and validate claims related to incentive programs toavoid misuse.
3. Dealer Advertisement
Fund (DAF)
Management
Oversee the allocation, utilization, and audit of the DealerAdvertisement Fund.
Ensure adherence to guidelines and approval processes fordealer-led advertising.
Collaborate with the Marketing team for co-brandedcampaigns and fund disbursal.
Track ROI of local marketing efforts and recommendoptimizations.
4. Dealer Claims
Processing
Establish a transparent and timely claims managementprocess for warranty, incentives, and other dealer
reimbursements.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolvediscrepancies in claims.
Comply with all internal process, compliance and approvals;Monitor claim turnaround times and maintain SLAadherence.
Implement periodic audits to ensure compliance andaccuracy.
5. Dealer / Customer
Financing & Banking
Relations
Build and maintain relationships with banks / financialinstitutions to facilitate inventory and retail financing for
dealers.
Negotiate favorable terms for the dealer network and assistin onboarding new financiers.
Act as a liaison between the dealer and financial institutionsto resolve funding-related issues.
Track dealer credit utilization and support in managingdealer liquidity.
Minimum Qualification
Graduate in Commerce / Business AdministrationMBA in Finance (preferred)Experience
Minimum 5 years of commercial marketing management experience, preferably in the automotiveindustry or similar / related sector.
Strong knowledge of product positioning, consumer trend analysis, campaign planning, developmentand execution as well as strong project management experience.
Proficient understanding of digital marketing and related platforms.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Financial acumen and understanding of cost optimization through ROI metric measurements.Skills and attributes
