Marketing Manager – Boutique Reservations Office
Location: Cape Town (Hybrid)
Salary: R45,000 – R55,000 per month (Negotiable, DOE)
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a boutique reservations office specialising in luxury hospitality and lodges. This role offers the opportunity to lead international marketing initiatives, drive digital growth, and shape brand presence in the global travel industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy
- Develop and execute marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets
- Identify growth opportunities across international markets
- Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget
- Analyse market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behaviour
- Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive lead generation across paid media, SEO, and digital campaigns
- Oversee performance marketing including Google Ads and Meta advertising
- Optimise campaigns for cost per lead, lead quality, and ROI
- Improve website conversion performance and landing pages
- Organic Growth & Content
- Lead SEO and content marketing strategy
- Grow organic traffic and inbound leads
- Oversee blogs, guides, newsletters, and digital content
- Ensure website content remains engaging, relevant, and conversion-focused
- CRM & Lead Nurturing
- Manage CRM marketing and lead nurture journeys
- Collaborate with sales team to improve lead quality and conversion
- Develop campaigns to drive repeat and referral business
- Brand & Market Presence
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging
- Grow brand awareness in key international markets
- Identify PR, partnership, and influencer opportunities within the travel industry
- Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on marketing performance and ROI
- Analyse lead quality, channel performance, and conversion metrics
- Provide insights to improve marketing effectiveness and sales outcomes
Key KPIs
- Achieve agreed annual and monthly lead targets
- Increase organic website traffic and inbound leads
- Improve keyword rankings in priority markets
- Achieve target Cost per Lead (CPL) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Grow repeat and referral leads through CRM campaigns
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Background within the travel or tourism industry preferred
- Strong understanding of SEO, paid media, content marketing, and CRM marketing
- Proven ability to analyse campaign performance and marketing ROI
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven mindset
