My client a prestigious golf club is looking for an experienced and skilled Kitchen Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring exceptional food quality, and providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage kitchen staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
- Plan and implement menus, ensuring variety, quality, and profitability
- Control kitchen inventory, ordering supplies, and managing waste
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation
- Collaborate with the F & B team to ensure seamless service delivery
- Monitor and control kitchen expenses, ensuring budgetary targets are met
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Requirements :
4+ years of experience in a kitchen management roleFormal culinary training or equivalent experienceProven track record of managing kitchen teams and operationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesKnowledge of food safety and hygiene regulationsBasic computer skills, including MS Office and CRM kitchen management softwareWhat We Offer :
