Role Purpose
The Bookkeeper ensures accurate financial data record-keeping, reconciliations, and reporting across the Distribution Center’s operations. The role is highly data-driven, focusing on accuracy, compliance, and analytical insight to support financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconciliations : Perform weekly and monthly bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
 - Data Integrity : Maintain clean and accurate general ledgers and journals.
 - Reporting : Prepare monthly financial summaries, variance analyses, and cost tracking reports for management review.
 - Inventory Accounting : Work with operations to reconcile stock and cost data between systems.
 - Data Insights : Use data analysis to identify financial trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
