Job description

PURPOSE : Under the general direction of the Spa Manager and within the limits of the hotel’s policies and procedures, providing exceptional spa treatments to our guests.

REPORTING TO : Spa Manager

Main Duties / Responsibilities

Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body treatments, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and other services as required.
Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring guest feels relaxed and satisfied with their spa experience.
Do consultations with guests to understand their needs and preferences.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as promotions.
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Have excellent product knowledge
Work together with other staff members to ensure seamless delivery of spa services.
Maintain proper supplies of professional products, towels, and other supplies in treatment rooms
Keep up to date with trends and the competition

JOB SPECIFICATIONS :

An international Beauty Therapy Certificate / Somatology Diploma from ITEC or CIDESCO

2-3 years of Hotel / Spa experience

Great previous retail track record

Ability to source new business

Ability to develop a regular client database

Required to work shifts and most weekends and public holidays
