Resource & Development Manager (Hybrid - JHB)

We're hiring a Resource & Development Manager to steer capacity planning, skills growth, and workforce strategy across a growing digital services business.

What Youll Be Doing

Youll own the full resource lifecycle from forecasting and hiring to onboarding, mentoring, upskilling, and redeploying talent across technical teams (with a particular focus on ServiceNow and Application Managed Services ).

This includes :

• Workforce & capacity planning in sync with Sales, Delivery & Tech Leads
• Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and vendor sourcing
• Managing a graduate program and driving talent development
• Facilitating tech upskilling & refresher training
• Supporting delivery teams as a mentor, guide, and escalation point
• Helping ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time

Who You Are
