Role Description

To manage, maintain and repair air-conditioner units to ensure maximal equipment life expectancy, and reduce equipment failures and overall operating costs.

Knowledge and Skills

• Diagnosing electrical system malfunctions and failures.
• Knowledge of testing equipment, instruments and systems
• Knowledge of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-conditioning) systems, following related safety procedures, and performing repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and electrical codes
• Basic computer skills (MS Office)
• Administration and reporting
• Able to work independently
