We are looking for a dedicated and professional Lodge Anchor to join our hospitality team. The successful candidate will be the central point of coordination, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the main contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and queries
- Coordinate communication between lodge departments to ensure seamless service
- Assist with administrative duties, including reservations and record-keeping
- Support lodge management with daily operations and guest relations
- Uphold the lodges standards of service and hospitality at all times
