Their success includes financing tens of thousands of affordable housing units, empowering hundreds of property entrepreneurs and implementing innovative funding models such as social and green bonds.

Job Overview

As part of their continued growth, they are looking for a committed and experienced Asset & Property Specialist to take ownership of a focused portfolio of 11 key assets predominantly distressed residential and mixed‑use properties, within a broader portfolio of over 60 properties. These assets require hands‑on management to stabilise, optimise and prepare them for long‑term performance or strategic disposal.

Responsibilities

• Operational and financial oversight of the portfolio.
• Monitor key property metrics such as vacancies, arrears, recoveries and utilities.
• Conduct variance analysis and prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee service providers and coordinate with managing agents, finance and compliance teams.
• Conduct regular site visits and proactively solve on‑ground challenges.
