Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare talent management reports for Board, Exco, and Human Capital Manco.
- Compile and analyse HR metrics, dashboards, and transformation data to identify trends and risks.
- Conduct benchmark analysis for remuneration, LTIs, and non-financial HR metrics.
- Prepare Employment Equity submissions, track EE performance, and manage related reporting.
- Support sourcing for senior and executive-level positions, conduct stay discussions and exit interviews.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and manage correspondence for the Executive Director : Human Capital & Transformation.
Job Experience and Skills Required :
Bachelors degree in Economic Science, Mathematical Science, or related field.Minimum 3 years experience in Human Capital analytics and reporting.Demonstrated ability to collect, compile, and analyse HR data to inform decisions.Experience with HRIS systems , payroll data, and HR reporting.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite .Strong project management skills, stakeholder engagement ability, and attention to detail.Understanding of EE, BEE scorecard, and compliance reporting requirements .Apply now!
