We are seeking an experienced, warm, and highly organised couple to oversee the smooth running of a private residence and estate. The role combines hands-on estate management, guest experience coordination, and culinary hospitality, ensuring the property is maintained to the highest standards while delivering exceptional yet discreet service during family visits.
Candidate Requirements :
- Proven experience in estate, lodge, or luxury hospitality management.
- Culinary expertise (professional cook / chef background preferred for one partner).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Warm, discreet, and service-oriented personality.
- Appreciation for remote, nature-based living.
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, detail-driven environment.

Candidate Responsibilities :
Oversee daily operations of the residence and grounds.Manage preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate with contractors / vendors.Supervise household and estate staff, ensuring efficiency and professionalism.Maintain security, safety, and confidentiality at all times.Budget oversight and reporting for household expenses.3 weeks on / 1 week off
