Job Purpose

Our client is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to grow their business within the electronic manufacturing sector. This is a remote role, responsible for developing new client relationships, managing key accounts, and driving sales from initial engagement to contract closure, while ensuring an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from identifying opportunities to closing deals and establishing long-term client partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business prospects while nurturing existing client relationships within the electronic manufacturing space.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitive activity, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including technical and commercial specialists, to address client requirements and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Support customer engagement initiatives, including audits, factory visits, and product demonstrations to strengthen trust and transparency.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets and expand market presence.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular reports, and provide insights to management to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven sales or business development experience, ideally within electronic manufacturing or related industries.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel as required.
