Our client, is a FCA-regulated claims management company that specializes in helping clients recover compensation for mis-sold investments, mortgages, and pensions.
Role Overview
They are looking for a Sales Representative / Appointment Setter to join their dynamic team. This is a fully remote position where you will be responsible for making the initial contact with prospective clients, qualifying leads , and scheduling meetings . The company has acquired a significant number of leads and data that need to be managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from a database of leads.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential interest in our claims management services.
- Engage with potential clients, explaining how we can assist with mis-sold investments, mortgages, or pensions.
- Schedule appointments for the senior sales team or management to follow up.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the CRM system(Pipedrive)
- Follow-up on unresponsive leads to re-engage them where appropriate.
- Work closely with the sales and management team to provide feedback on lead quality and opportunities.
Requirements
Proven experience in a sales role within Financial Advisory firm / Mortgage Brokerage firm / Banking and financial institutions.Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written.Strong ability to build rapport and handle objections confidently.Experience in managing high volumes of data and leads.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Familiarity with CRM tools and databases.Pipedrive experience advantageousTarget-driven , with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
