Job description

Owlwork Recruitment is seeking experienced CNC Operators / Programmers to join our client’s advanced manufacturing teams in the Netherlands. This role is ideal for technical professionals with precision machining and programming expertise.

Responsibilities :

Operating and programming CNC machines (lathes, milling, cutting, etc.)
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and CAD / CAM programs
Performing precision measurements and quality checks
Conducting routine maintenance on machines
Working within modern manufacturing and process industry environments

Requirements :

Age : 25 – 29 (IND requirement)

Afrikaans-speaking (for easier Dutch integration)

Trade Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Technical field

Proven experience in CNC operation and programming

Single or with partner (1 child acceptable but not preferable)

Commitment to long-term relocation

Bonus Skills : Mechanical knowledge, PLC basics, manufacturing / process industry background.
