What You’ll Do
Lead brand ambassador teams across Johannesburg and Cape Town, building systems that make financing simple and dignified for first‑time customers. Analyze performance data to systematize what works. Partner with major retailers on in‑store experiences. Coach teams through complex customer conversations. Transform insights into regional strategy. Build career pathways for promoter talent.
