Regional Manager (Franchising)

A giant within the retail industry is looking for an entrepreneurial-minded Regional Manager who will manage all the area managers and 19-25 stores. The Regional Manager will act as a Franchise representative. You will be responsible for all quality implementation, strategic growth implementation strategies, project management, and internal system implementation. You will act as a business support function to all the franchise owners and offer financial management support and business support.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 3-6 years management experience
• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetic, or Food industry
• Successful record of Franchise management
• Entrepreneurial-minded

Package & Remuneration

R600,000 - R700,000 depending on experience.
