Compliance Manager (iGaming)

Our client , a fast-growing leader in the iGaming and Sports Betting industry, is seeking a Compliance Manager to ensure the business operates with integrity, transparency, and in full alignment with regulatory standards.

This role is critical in safeguarding the companys reputation, managing regulatory risk, and embedding a culture of compliance across all functions.

As Compliance Manager, you will oversee the design, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. Youll work closely with regulators, auditors, and internal teams to ensure the business meets its obligations while enabling commercial growth.

This role requires someone with a strong grasp of regulatory frameworks, attention to detail, and the confidence to influence at all levels of the business .

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, licensing, and legal requirements in South Africa and other jurisdictions.
• Act as the main liaison with regulatory bodies, preparing and submitting reports, applications, and renewals.
• Stay informed of legislative changes in the iGaming and sports betting sectors, proactively updating policies and procedures.
