Machine Learning AI Specialist

What Youll Do :

Develop and implement cutting-edge BI models to enhance decision-making.

Use Python, ML, and AI to analyze large datasets and optimize performance.

Design and maintain a scalable data infrastructure for real-time analytics.

Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to integrate data-driven solutions.

Ensure data governance, compliance, and quality across all analytics functions.

Present insights and shape strategy for senior stakeholders.

What You Bring :

5+ years of experience in data science, BI, or analytics.

Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-Learn) & data visualization tools.

Strong experience with SQL, Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar databases.

Deep understanding of statistical analysis, ML, and data modeling.

Ability to build a data function from scratch and drive innovation.

Strong communicator - Able to translate data insights into business impact.

Leadership experience or the ambition to build and manage a team.

Bonus Points For :

Experience in credit risk modeling, alternative credit scoring, or financial data analysis.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure).

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, and Looker).

Hands-on experience with A / B testing and experimentation frameworks.
